A challenge… It has been almost 10 years now that I have questioned myself at this time of the year about everything, and everyone, who surround us. The ties that bind us through sharing, generosity, and the consciousness that we are all equals. “So naïve…!” I hear others say. Have we become so egotistical, so individualistic, that we will leave nothing to others, not even compromising, just out of generosity? However, life and all its events are teachings to us. Good days and also bad days. And these teachings are essential for our society and our equilibrium. Perhaps it is time to give ourselves a real challenge. The challenge to make someone other than ourselves happy, even just for a moment, without asking anything in return. Freely. Once a week, once a day, a family member, a friend… even a total stranger! What we will get out of it will be smiles and the wellbeing that comes from our actions, even for the hard-core individualist.

We wish you all a great holiday season full of smiles!
