A lot of people who try to go vegan give up along the way. The reasons are many, but some revolve around the inability to get a well-balanced diet. We are used to preparing meals that include all the key nutrients (proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, vitamins and minerals) obtained from well-known animal sources. 9 nutrients is not necessarily easy if you donâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t know where to start.
