Place of Sale

Except as otherwise provided in these T&Cs, title and all rights, risks and rewards of ownership including but not limited to risk of loss of or damage to a product passes to you on shipment of the product from the Company or its agent. You must notify the Company within twenty-one (21) days of the date of your invoice or acknowledgement if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. Unless you provide The Company with a valid tax exemption certificate applicable to your purchase of product and the product shipping destination, you are responsible for sales and other taxes associated with the order. These T&Cs and all sales of products and services are governed by and subject to the laws of the State of Connecticut, and of the United States of America, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any state or federal court for Fairfield County, Connecticut having competent jurisdiction in the event legal proceedings arise from any dispute.
