Secret Sauce In bowl, stir together ⅔ cup finely chopped pickles; ½ cup mayonnaise; 2 green onions, thinly sliced; 1 clove garlic, finely grated or pressed; and 1½ tsp liquid honey until well combined. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 5 days.) Makes about 1 cup. PER TBSP: about 53 cal, trace pro, 5 g total fat (1 g sat. fat), 1 g carb (trace dietary fibre, 1 g sugar), 3 mg chol, 92 mg sodium, 13 mg potassium. % RDI: 1% iron, 1% vit A, 1% folate.
