To transfer a call that has come in through the Automated Attendant, press pound (#), enter the desired extension number, wait a couple of seconds and then hang up. You may check your messages and change your notification options by logging into the web interface at https://setup.attendantsource.com using your e-mail address and password. You may also access your mailbox through the phone by dialing the number we have assigned to you, pressing pound (#) at the greeting, and then entering your extension number and password. You will then have the following options: Press 1 for new messages. If you have no new messages, then the system will instead prompt you to press 1 for Old Messages.!Press 2 to change folders. You will be prompted to choose from a variety of folders that you may have saved your messages to (new, old, work, etc.).!Press 0 for mailbox options. This is the option you will select to record your greetings. Even if you are receiving your voice messages via e-mail, you must dial in to erase your voice messages periodically (or use the web interface to delete them), because your voice


mailbox will hold a maximum of 100 messages in the new message folder. Once your new message folder is full, no further messages can be left. To erase your voice messages by phone, dial the number we have assigned to you. Once the greeting starts, press pound (#) and the Extension number and enter the password. You can then listen to your messages. To delete a message press 7, then press 6 to move to the next message. You do not have to wait for the entire message to play before pressing 7 (i.e. you can press 7, then 6 right away, 7, 6, 7, 6‌ etc.). We recommend using a service that is typically called Call Forward Busy / No Answer forwarding, rather than regular call forwarding, so that multiple simultaneous calls can be forwarded with no busy signals from your telephone company. Please ask for immediate forwarding (i.e. on 0 rings). To port (transfer) your existing number(s), please log into your account, click on the Phone Numbers button on the left side and then on "Port Existing". The Long Distance Fee for international locations varies by country. Payment Method The only payment methods accepted for the service are credit card and pre-authorized debit (unless specific approval for an alternate method has been given). You will be charged each month for the amount due.

Payment Terms and Late Payment Charges If your credit card or debit payment fail for any reason, Network Telsys shall have the right to discontinue providing the services without notice at its discretion and to pursue all other legal remedies. You will advise Network Telsys promptly of any change to your payment information (i.e. credit card number and/or expiration date for credit card payments, or bank account information for pre-authorized debit payments). If payment has not been received by Network Telsys by the payment due date printed on the invoice, a late payment charge of 1.5% per month may be applied to the invoice, and Network Telsys shall have the right to discontinue providing the services to you without notice at its discretion and to pursue all other legal remedies.
