More than 200 students from more than 50 universities across the United States study abroad at SLU-Madrid each semester. Students at SLU-Madrid take classes that complete core, major or elective requirements, allowing them to continue their academics within the U.S. education system while studying abroad. They also have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the Spanish language and culture via on-campus and off-campus activities, service opportunities and the Host Family Program. The campus is located in the university area of Madrid with easy access to the historic city center and many Spanish public and private universities.
