SLU-APPROVED SEMESTER STUDY ABROAD PROGRAMS + SLU-MADRID COST: SLU Madrid tuition, plus host family placement
(with or without meals), plus $125 study abroad fee (Madrid tuition for Fall 2015-Spring 2016 is 11,000 Euros per semester, plus 200 Euro confirmation deposit; host family placement with meals is 3,500 Euros per semester, plus an additional 250 Euro housing deposit; host family placement without meals is 2,576 Euros per semester, plus an additional 250 Euro housing deposit). Please note that tuition is billed by the St. Louis campus and housing is billed by the Madrid campus.
+ SLU-APPROVED STUDY ABROAD PROGRAM COST (other than Madrid): Saint Louis University strives to make studying abroad as affordable as possible for all Saint Louis University students. The University aims to keep the cost of all study abroad programs fairly comparable to Saint Louis University tuition, room and board. The program fees below cover the listed inclusions, as well as international insurance, an international student identification card, passport photos and predeparture materials.

scholarships, federal loans and grants may apply for all SLU-approved semester/year programs (athletic scholarships do not apply). This policy provides the opportunity for study abroad to remain affordable for SLU students and encourages students to participate in these valuable study abroad programs. Students who wish to study abroad for more than one semester (excluding Lyon and Oxford) must contact student financial services and submit an appeal to determine if their Saint Louis University academic scholarships, federal loans and grants may apply toward a second semester abroad.
+ ELIGIBILITY: Sophomore or junior status in both good academic and
disciplinary standing. Transfer students must complete one year on the St. Louis campus prior to participating in a semester abroad.
