Ingredients:

1 cantelope ½ watermelon 4 punnets strawberries bunch grapes 250g good quality dark chocolate
wooden skewers, soaked overnight chopping board knife heat proof bowl baking paper wooden spoon
Method: 1. Soak wooden skewers in water overnight. 2. Fill saucepan just over halfway with water and place the ovenproof bowl over the saucepan, resting on the edges. (making sure no water spills into the chocolate). 3. Put on the stove to a medium heat and wait for chocolate to melt. 4. Place baking paper on 2 trays. 5. Once chocolate has melted take the bowl off the saucepan. Dip each strawberry into the chocolate so that half of it is covered in chocolate. Then place on the tray to dry. 6. Cut all the fruit up into chunky squares/pieces and place each type of fruit on separate plates. 7. Once all the fruit is cut up, start to put the fruit on the skewers. 8. Place one of each fruit and at the end of the skewer place the chocolate strawberry. Put each skewer on the serving platter.
