1 head of kale, washed and thoroughly dried 2 tablespoons olive oil sea salt for sprinkling
chopping board knife pastry brush baking trays
Method: 1. Remove the thick stems from the kale and cut leaves into chip like pieces. 2. Make sure they are washed and dried extremely well. 3. Brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Place on a lined baking tray and bake until crisp (about 20 minutes.) 4. Turn leaves halfway through.
