salad ingredients from the garden e.g lettuce, celery Lemon & Shallot Vinaigrette: ¼ cup olive oil ¼ cup lemon juice 2 teaspoons honey 1 shallot, finely chopped salt/pepper
chopping board salad spinner knife blender metric measuring spoons/cups spatula
Method: 1. Collect salad ingredients from the garden. 2. Wash and cut up salad ingredients as you would like. 3. To make the dressing, place all ingredients into the blender. Blend till well combined. Taste to see if it needs more seasoning. 4. Pour over salad & serve.
