Bialik College Kitchen Garden Program
Ingredients: 2 cups self raising flour 4 tablespoons sugar 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 ½ cups milk 2 cups mashed pumpkin butter for frying
Equipment: bowl frying pan wooden spoon flipper
Method:
1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl. 2. Add mashed pumpkin and mix batter until smooth. 3. Drop spoonfuls of mixture into a greased fry pan and when bubbles appear flip and cook the other side. 4. Serve with a sprinkle of icing sugar on top.
