Yearbooks make a great way to remember the school year and can be a great gift for the senior in your life. The last day to get your yearbook is June 1st and yearbooks will be distributed will be in August.

Summer Reading List The English and Theology Departments have released the 2020-21 School Year Summer Reading list! The reading lists can be found on the student tab on Lancaster Catholic’s website.

Enrollment Agreements We have been issuing Enrollment Agreements since the beginning of April. Enrollment agreements were due May 1, 2020. We are saving your students’ place for the 2020-2021 school year, but need to know your intentions. Please return your agreement or contact Lisa Garrner at lgarner@lchsyes.org with any questions you may have. We look forward to seeing your student in the upcoming year!

Lunchtime Update Online Payments with LunchTime are turned off and will be turned back on 7/1/2020. If you wish to make a tuition, registration or technology payment using your credit card you must use LunchTime. If paying through LunchTime is your intention, we will extend the due date to July 3. Lancaster Catholic Athletics Does your child want to play a sport next school year? Please complete the Sports Registration form to let us know which sport(s) your child would like to sign up for. This will be used by the Athletic Office for the 202021 school year! Only enter sports that your son/daughter will be playing at Lancaster Catholic. REMINDER- All Lancaster Catholic Athletes need to register using this form before the school year or before the sport season. Click here to complete your Sports Registration form.


School Counseling Corner AP Technical Issues AP exams started last week and so have some technical issues. If you have experienced a problem submitting your exam answers, please request a makeup exam. Don’t worry! You can complete this form to report the problem and request a makeup exam. The link will take you to: http://cb.org/requestmakeup Seniors!!!! You won’t want to miss this! The Lancaster Sunrise Rotary was in touch this week and they will continue to offer the Culliton Scholarships! These are $2,000 and three students will receive them. You must be a good student, accepted to college for fall, 2020 and demonstrate financial need. Please download the application from Naviance and send to Mrs. Grosh when complete no later than June 15, 2020. From there, the Rotary will select winners and they will be announced at graduation in July. Seniors who have taken college credits: Seniors who have taken dual enrollment courses from HACC or Millersville - you will need to order official transcripts from these schools and have them sent to your college if you wish to receive credit. Please do this as soon as possible. Report Cards Report Cards - final report cards will be sent next week (June 1-5) via email. Final Transcripts Final transcripts - we will send out final transcripts to colleges once they have been completed. Hopefully all will be sent by June 15, 2020. If you have changed your mind (since comepleting the senior survey) about which school you wish to attend, please contact Mrs. Grosh or Miss Grasa.


Accelerated Credit- LCHS Outside courses must be completed by August 28, 2020. Please keep in mind that these are one-credit classes that are designed to take several months to complete. Taking a course in the summer will require a lot of work to complete before the due date. Open Positions at LCHS Title: Director of Enrollment Management Description The Director of Enrollment is responsible for planning, leading and implementing a program to market Lancaster Catholic High School to prospective students and their families; and, ultimately, for enrolling new students in numbers sufficient to meet goals approved by the President. In collaboration with the Director of Strategic Marketing and Communication and the Advancement Staff, the Director of Enrollment Management provides leadership, planning, management and implementation for Lancaster Catholic High School’s student recruitment and retention programs and events. Responsibilities include designing, implementing and leading a comprehensive enrollment management program built upon best practices in quantitative analysis, strategic decision-making, and an ethos of continuous improvement, while fostering a culture that emphasizes strong personal relationships, a hightouch, customer-service approach, effective communication and transparency, entrepreneurism, flexibility, and collaboration. The Director of Enrollment Management reports directly to the Director of Strategic Marketing and Communications and the President and works collaboratively with the senior staff and administrators.
