What Will Happen If Students Come To The Dance In Violation Of Any Of The Above?
Depending on which of the above is in violation, if it can be fixed, (taking out earrings, for example) it will be done. If a student’s attire is not appropriate (overly-exposed back, exposed tattoos, inappropriate length, etc.) the student will be given a garment to wear over their clothing. If they choose not to accept the garment, the student will be asked to leave. For those students who drive to the dance, an attempt will be made to contact a parent to make them aware the student was asked to leave. For those students who do not drive to the dance, he/she will be required to put on the garment and wear it for the remainder of the dance, or until a parent is able to pick them up/correct the dress code violation.
