The Lancaster Catholic Aevidum Club had Dr. Michael Diller, a psychologist, in to speak with students regarding depression, anxiety, and suicide prevention. He also discussed his career and the importance of human connections in a digital world.
Graduation

Tanger Kids Grant Award Lancaster Catholic has received the Tanger KIDS Grant from Tanger Outlets. TangerKIDS Grant program supports and serves the future generation by providing funding for special projects, programs and equipment for schools located near our outlet centers. The grant will be used to purchased Reflexion Edges for the use in sideline concussion testing for LCHS athletes.
Stauffers School Rewards Program At Stauffers of Kissel Hill Supermarkets, it is part of our mission to “Enrich Our Community� through involvement with Stauffers School Rewards. Through the Stauffers School Rewards Program, Lancaster Catholic has be awarded $245.84. Thank you to all the families that shop at Stauffers of Kissel Hill and made this possible.

Athletic Update
The Lancaster Catholic Crusader’s Softball team is headed to the District 3 Quarterfinals! They face West Perry High School today, Thursday, May 23rd at 1 PM in West Perry.
Boy’s Lacrosse With Noah Wolfe’s game-winner on Monday, the Lancaster Catholic/ Country Day Boy’s Lacrosse team are headed to the District Finals! The will face Hershey today, May 23rd at 2 PM at Central Dauphin Middle School (Landis Field) for the Championship.

Girls Who Code Members of the Girls Who Code Club celebrated the end of the school year by reaching new heights on a ropes course at Go’N’Bananas.

“IT HAPPENED AT THE LIBRARY” All Lancaster County K-12 students and their families, classes, clubs and youth groups are invited to submit original writing and artwork for display at the Lancaster Public Library and for possible inclusion in a published book and a play performance! Deadline for submissions: Saturday, June 1, 2019 3:30 PM This is NOT a contest. We welcome ALL appropriate writing and artwork. We’ll celebrate at a Library Happening on Saturday, December 7, 1-4 p.m. Please read the guidelines carefully and submit your work and Statement of Release by the deadline.
