Campus Ministry Retreat Program Update As we approach the big Christmas break we are in the process of finalizing our retreats of for the remainder of the year. To assist in this process we have posted a list of all the remaining retreats and which students we have listed as attending each of the retreats. We ask that you encourage your student to check the list and verify which retreat that they wish to attend. If your student signed up as a contingency we need them to make a decisions as to whether they will attend or not. Anyone who does not choose an optional retreat will be expected to attend the Theme Retreat day scheduled during the normal school hours on April 17, 2019. Finally, we ask that all those signed up for a retreat bring the deposit or payment in to confirm that they are in-fact going to take part in the retreat that they signed up for. Please remember last minute cancellations are challenging and that your deposit may not be refundable. We book transportation and retreat facilities well in advance of the retreat dates and our deposits to for them are generally not refundable.
