SAFETY AND HEALTH ABOVE ALL ELSE Making sure that people get home safely is the most important thing we do. Thinking about safety and working safely is part of our culture and we make it clear to our leaders and team members that we don’t compromise safety for profit, we don’t cut corners and that every employee is empowered to stop work and take corrective action if they see a safety hazard. We constantly assess the safety of our workplaces and have implemented a company-wide framework for managing safety and health.
