Aims of ISCAN – Lead Professional To: Provide a “One stop shop”, accessible point of contact with professionals Alleviate stress/anxiety for children and families Deliver an effective and trusted service for families and professionals Provide clear outcomes for children and families Provide clarity of the pathway, endings and beginnings Ensure better planning for transitions
