Learner A Destination aim: residential living with a strong total communication environment which will support my contributions Long term goal: • To engage in a range of activities for sustained periods independently Medium term goal: • To engage in small parts of a range of activities independently • To initiate a familiar routine Short term targets: • Autumn: to complete a short task within a familiar routine (staff to step back and reduce prompts) • Spring: to engage in a short task from beginning to end • Summer: to respond to a prompt to start a familiar short task within a familiar routine
