People kept a record of what they did in their file Someone marked their files Someone checked their files Some files were sent away to be externally checked Then people got their certificates

There was a charge for registering and for the certificates

Certificates of achievement were sent out Once these were received we asked the Lord Mayor of Porthcawl to present the awards at a celebration event
