EXERCISE AND LEISURE My Wellbeing Goal: to add to my Exercise and Vitality by exercising and enjoying leisure activities every day. There are no shortcuts for you to be physically healthy, so that you can build your best possible self. You need to actively exercise for an hour every day, which will improve your fitness, flexibility, create positive feelings to reduce tense feelings and help you to sleep more deeply.
