Dolphin Thinking or Crocodile Thinking This Lesson: WHY: for you to learn about how your feelings can affect how sensibly you are thinking. HOW: when you are calm, you think sensibly, called Dolphin Thinking, because they are calm. When you are tense, you think in a snappy way, called Crocodile Thinking, because they are snappy. Every day tune into how you are thinking, and ask yourself often, “am I thinking like a dolphin or a crocodile?”

I Can and I Will Self-Talk This Lesson: WHY: for you to learn how to use I can and I will self-talk to help you face challenges and to spur yourself on. HOW: it is a great way to change how you are thinking from crocodile to dolphin. Practise saying self-talk over and over again to be in charge of your feelings. Kindness in Action This Lesson: WHY: for you to understand that the kinder you are to other people and also to yourself, healthier will be your wellbeing.
