Sharon Boyce Sharon Boyce loves animals, going camping and having adventures. She believes the world is full of magic and hidden wonders waiting to be discovered, all of which are waiting to be turned into stories. Her other job is looking after sick kids in hospital. Along with her husband and grown up kids, she shares her house with a dog, a cat, and some fish. One day, she’d like a pet donkey… and a wombat…and an owl. If you can’t find her, she’s probably curled up in a cosy corner reading a book.
Suzanne Houghton Suzanne Houghton has spent most of her life with paint in her hair and on most of her clothes, but that is just how she likes it. She has always had a passion for fine art and even after completing a degree in graphic design found herself returning to what she loved the most. In 2015 Suzanne was recognised for her talent winning the Five mile Press National Illustration award and as a result, in 2017 her first picture book Starring Walter Pigeon was released. Her next book Goat on a boat soon followed. Suzanne is strongly involved in the children’s publishing industry and works closely with local schools through workshops and presentations.
