Phase Descriptions Phase 1: Bridges and Tunnel Phase 2: Achieves a functional trail – dirt path that is navigable from downtown Lebanon to Glen Road by walkers, hikers, runners, mountain bikers, cross country skiers and snowshoers. Phase 3: Brings the path to Greenway safety standards through the downtown parking area and across the Mascoma Street/High Street/Mechanic Street intersection, Glen Road and Iron Horse Connections. Phase 4: Paves the path throughout – navigable year round by everybody including strollers, wheelchairs, skateboards, road bikes, roller blades.
