The new premises include offices for more than 5,250 people, 2 childcare centres, a visitor centre that can welcome 345,000 people a year and 3,000 sqm. of restaurants, shops and public spaces. The whole complex ensures the highest possible level of security. The new premises are designed with an integrated sustainability and energy profile of BREEAM standard, with a strong focus on reducing the building’s CO2 footprint from the choice of materials used. The complex looks to address both the city context and a human scale, through the combination of a tower and podium landscape. The two towers rise elegantly from two podiums as new visual markers in the city skyline. They are connected by an upper level podium landscape and double height bridge link, creating one unified floor level, with social spaces, meeting facilities and an auditorium. The podiums and bridge link are made in a unique wooden construction, a sustainable material that creates a
warm, friendly atmosphere and a better indoor climate. The bridge link shelters the main arrival plaza, which is a green and accessible terraced landscape, connecting visitors and residents of Brussels to the Maelbeek metro station. The two podiums are served by independent entrances, shared with day nurseries, retail areas, a food court and visitor centre, creating an attractive and active ground floor public realm. A mixture of plazas, parks and planted roofs integrate a rich green landscape into the urban surface of the city, along with several rooftop gardens for workers in the building. Decentralised atriums with sculptural staircases are placed in the towers, connecting the office communities and creating transparency to the activities inside the building. The new EU Commission is designed to perform as a healthy and authentic indoor working environment, which aims to inspire an efficient workflow and cross-communication of knowledge amongst a very diverse group of European co-workers.

LOUISE RENOVATION AND MODERNIZATION OF A PENTHOUSE
This transformation project involves a classic and spacious apartment, located on the top level of an 8-story building. The original configuration offers an outdated layout. The living spaces are generous but compartmentalized. The service spaces (maid’s room, utility room) and technical spaces (water room and kitchen) are unsuitable.

MAREYDES CONSTRUCTION OF TREE HOUSES, WOLUWE-SAINT-PIERRE, 2016-2018
This project is located in the heart of the "Stockel Plateau", a place characterized by inter-war constructions.
Our project gives the illusion of a set of 3-4 facades villas by a composition of setbacks and terraces.
The architectural treatment of the project was inspired by the modernist buildings present in the neighborhood: refined architectural composition, horizontal lines, simple geometric volumes, clear plaster, contrasting tones, flat roofs, cascade effects and overflowing roofs.

HIGH-TECH FINANCIAL CENTER, NANCHANG
LOCAL INSPIRATION Nanchang is the capital of Jiangxi Province in southeastern China. It is located in the north-central portion of the province. As it is bounded on the west by the Jiuling Mountains and on the east by Poyang Lake, it is famous for its scenery, rich history and cultural sites. The plot, situated in the east of the city, just on the north of Nanchang City Hall will contain the High-Tech Financial
Industry consisting on a Financial Operation Centre with facilities and a living area. In order to offer a unique and special complex to develop the financial industry in Nanchang city, we suggest a relax environment, with green spaces for social activities. A large financial ring filled with the main uses for business and living, with a magnificent green core.
IN-BETWEEN Our proposal is defined by blocks configured in order to mark the plot, connected between them; it’s also characterized by showing an urban and cozy atmosphere due to that configuration. We created internal yards providing a comfortable and attractive environment which will generate interest and enthusiasm of people in an organic way. Straight lines outside versus fluid inside, massive versus light, concrete versus green, business versus pleasant. All of antonyms linked by the people who move and interact inside the complex, a real life
in a small piece of city, all that the people could need just in the same place A courtyard in the middle of the plot, green space, underground, at the same level than the parking but separated by commercial offices. That means tree levels depending on use and light needs, parking completely underground, offices with one façade facing to the garden, and the courtyard, full of light, green spaces and social activity. This garden is crossed by two pedestrian bridges which connect the ground level, the ways between buildings.

EMBRACE THE LANDSCAPE The site is located in the new city of Xiangyang to the the intersection of Tangbai and Tianjin Han rivers. It must be an iconic building in the city by its strategic location. The main idea of the project is to take advantage of this spot to embrace the marking elements of the landscape.
The outside shape of the building comes from the relation of the plot with the surroundings, the visual alignments of the site with the margins of the delta river, full of beautiful natural and urban environments, a old bridge and the culminating points neighboring.

FLUID SPACE The architectural design of this project strives for a spatial quality that brings together the inside and the outside of the building. Inside, everything is connected to a main fluid space: the foyer. All the surrounding functions are round and oval, to allow better points of view and to optimize fluid circulation.
Outside, a circumference and a large open-air theater, perfectly related to the main building shape, above, along with circular and irregular water landscape, organicly integrating both indoor and outdoor environments.

LIBRARY BUILDING DESIGN
FEN SHUI LOCATION The main characteristic of the new town Dongjin urbanism is the landscape line framed in the North-South axis. Starting from the central park located in the North of the axis, followed by the distribution of the Administration Building, where the government of the City is situated, going through the Civic Plaza, the landscape line ends with the Library of the
City, after the Tianjian Lake. The public buildings rises among the landscape axis, following the feng shui philosophy. The fen shui is present in all of them. We have to highlight that the present location of the Library is extremely advantageous because is located in the end of the central axis, where we can have a really good views from, toward the Administration Building and the Han river.

Rather than creating an isolated object at the end of the axis, the library begins to rise to fold in on itself, creating a wave of social activity. Like a surreal moment of bending gravity or warped reality, the pavement of the axis rises forming a curved horizon like a breaking wave only to form a roof and fold before it returns to look back to the main axis. The entire axis, from south to north, the feng shui flows throughout all city main building. Along the big ramp where the air can flows throught, three pieces of the mass are subtracted from the big north-south ramp and place at the east of the main building, generating sloping forms where the are located the three small Service Functional buildings. These holes become the entrances of the building and they show up while we walk up over the cover of the podium. The eastern three small buildings are fragment of the main body. The subtraction from these elements, permit the creation of the entrances in the main building . In the end, everything becomes from the same piece, from a whole mass where everything is in a perfect integration to the surrounding environment.

UNITY Project, including a complex of urban functions spread over two sites. The idea is to unify the two urban plots creating a raised platform that allows public and commercial space on the ground floor through which people can walk. The platform is perforated in the connections with towers to let the light reach the ground. The position f the towers is designed to minimize the visual relationships. For the facade composition, the idea is to create dissociation between the inside and the outside of the project while keeping a repetitive and uniform rhythm of full and void. On the other hand, the different materialities reveal the different functions.

STACKING VOLUMES First we use the 2 sites as a single plot divided by a transversal road and connect by a longitudinal square. The plot is also open in one more side due to the characteristics of the other neighbo r and the proximity of a offices business As the plot was defined we simply extrude the areas. And to create diversity and different kind of relationship according to the functions, there is different levels and offset what give
more dynamic environment both for the interior and exterior. A big platform terrace is designed to conect all the volums. The desired global effect is tacked volumes The functions are obviously placed in relationship with the surrounding: the storage function is as close as possible to the trucks traffic circulation; the commercial areas and the offices are located to connect the central square with the business center; the exhibition areas are in the centre of the site, near the central square.

The core idea for this project was to re-interpret the concept of “Commercial Street” to draw a commercial mall. The building was thought as a mass dug by this “street” which creates a central square. From this inner square, all functions are served. The void is created to enjoy the surrounding and the landscape. Indeed, from the big covered entrance in northwest, there are 4 possible moments: -turn back after going in, by ascending to the next platform, you will see the mountain through a massive outdoor frame. -straight ahead towards the other extreme of the building, you will face the river. -walking towards south and going up the stairs to next level, it appears a massive pointing to the sky. –and in the North, there is void, framing the city.

SCHOOL IN TAIYUAN
DIVISION AND CONTINUITY This project was for the competition for the Taiyuan fiftythird middle school campus. The future urban planning around the base is for residential areas, an hospital, protective green areas and parkland. Internal traffic flow as a whole, from the classes area through the amphitheatre, auditorium, special classes, library, dinning hall, sport center and finally the dormitories, and all of these areas can be reached from outside from major nodes. The volume indicates a geometrical form in a S shape, with the purpose to create an unique peace where everything is connected and also distributed according to each major function and also to embrace two terraces for the students playground and for the major entrance. Also in order to obtain direct connectivity between those terraces, the volume raises from the floor to create this idea.

GUANGMING LANGUAGE SCHOOL
AUTONOMY AND CONNECTION First, we created 3 blocks for standard classrooms, directly connect to 3 private playgrounds for outdoor activities; These playgrounds are on an upper level making a separation with the surroundings, and to make it safer. A forth block is added for diverse public activities that closes the plot. - amphitheatre, gymnasium and library. This block is connected to the rest of the building, but it can be used independently, as a single building having its own entrance. It’s also connected with the exterior sport area. These blocks are connected by a building that is developed in the opposite direction. On this block are the auxiliary teaching rooms. The connection building is raised from the ground, providing a relation between the green playgrounds and the sport area, creating an unity. There are two different types of circulation. One that starts from the south main entrance. In the middle of the connecting building It’s created a big atrium, connected to the standart
classroom blocks by corridors; It is also possible to access to the atrium by the sport field, which it is also connected to the south main entrance square. The atrium provide indoor playgrounds for the kids on rainy days and is lighted by skylights, creating a relation with the sky. The walls on this area are colored creating a more playful and happy environment. There is also a public entrance that goes directly into the south building. By this way it can work independently from the other circulation. For the functional organization, even though the functions are separated in different buildings, they are all connected by the central atrium, and the building works as unity. The facades of the buildings are simple, clean and clear, giving a rigorous modern design. A game of different openings are created, according to the function inside.

ARCHIVES IN URUMUQI
STONE, MOUNTAIN AND DESERT When we think about xinjiang we think about stone, mountain and desert and about the diferent ethnic groups existent in there. Conceptually, in our design process we have, the “three mountains and valley�; each volume is related with a symbolic characteristic:The culture ( related with the different ethnic groups); The humanity;( with local people and not only.) And the memory, knowledge ( related with the natural environment); Therefore we can say that The culture and the humanity are the support for the memory and knowledge.

They are offset compared to the main street to increase their visibility and their autonomy. 2.The two towers are then twists to mark the relationship of the project to air and make the transition from the site to the sky. RUIZHONG BUILDING
The site has 8 m height of difference between the north and the south and is on the west side of wei tai nan lu .the building must guarantee the best shape for the tower and the best relation with the site. First in order to have the best shape for the towers the main orientation have to be north-south, then to avoid the visà-vis we put them in diagonal. Second, to answer of the site condition: the project provide a good visibility from the north and wei tai nan lu, and a continuity of the city by creating a link between the different level.
The L shape define a longe façade that face the north and the west axe , a private square on the south (upper level) and a game of stairin the west façade . in this part the platforms and slops that define the public space and the park guarantee a continuity with the city. The guarantee to have an intelligent office building, efficient, flexible and comfortable, to provide outstand architectural image is to Split the functions, and make them independent.

The target of the project is to create a landscaped and urban environment in creating a fluid, intimated and continuous space. To do this: 1.The first step is to crop the site in aligning with the existing pathways and buildings. 2-3.Second, create a central space developed on different levels which is design according to the accesses and the outdoor-indoor relationships.
4-6.This central place is framed by 2 skylines that are offset and respond to each other’s to allow both parts to have a direct and special relationship in promoting distant views on the upper floors. 7-9.In the future it will be possible to construct a second building in continuity with the project and design by this way a square with a central access connected to the entire complex.
The two first floors are occupied by the all the necessary functions for the management of the flight crews After having organized and prepared their flights, the crews can leave by the South exit directly connected with the minibus parking. the auditorium is located above and is also developing on 2 floors. It has got its own entrance by central Park. By this way it can be used independently of the rest of the building. Offices and other meeting rooms are located in the southeast of the building. Their lobby is also independent and is located in a strategic place quick access for the entire complex. They can also be accessed through the auditorium or the central lobby. Rest houses and apartments occupy the rest of the building. They are height to create a maximum of intimacy and distance from public space. They have different entrances by the park or the surrounding roads.

The facades show the internal functions and the general concept in maximizing their technical efficiencies: 1.The podium is open and transparent with vertical frames that accentuate its load-bearing function. 2.The offices and accommodations are surrounded by a perforated cladding that attenuates noise disagreements. This siding covers also the roof to provide shadows on the roof garden.

3.The facades of the offices consist of a vertical pace but not deep to provide a diffused indoor light by minimizing the views from outside. 4.The facades of the apartments and rest houses consist of a double faรงade. The first in the back limits the indoor-outdoor separation. And the second in front of balconies is made of an irregular rhythm that individualizes the cells in giving a common character.

ZHONGWEI LANDSCAPE CONCEPT DESIGN
The project is located in Zhonwei city of Ningxia. The demand is to re-imagine the landscape connecting different existing buildings. The target of the project is to create a landscape and a natural environment combining a fluid, intimated and continuous space to reach the waterfront. It is mandatory to consider the combination of natural and artificial water systems. We use 4 powerful paths to connect different parts of the surrounding and divide the site. The main one come from
the main entrance (and the city) and goes to the existing hotel whose have got a peer for leisure boats. The 3 others connect the residential area located on the east side of the site and cross the main one providing viewpoints on the river. Up to the importance of the places and the degree of intimacy, every path and division has its own kind of pavement, lighting and vegetation. It creates by this way different environments and experiences.

A TERRACE FOR A PUB «What’s a pub ?... There are drunkards, wooden bar, large TV’s for broadcasts of matches. It is popular and friendly. You feel at home, safe from the outside in a shared intimacy» To the question asked «what is a terrace for a Pub?» We answer, it is an outside in direct contact with the inside, you can go without having to leave the atmosphere or to climb stairs. That is why we propose to «crop» in the first part of the space on the ground floor. To do this, duplicate the existing façade and create a buffer zone inside / outside.

URBAN LANDSCAP, WORKSHOP REVEAL THE CITY Work of one day commanded by the CAUE (Conseil d’Architecture, d’Urbanisme et d’Environement) in Lille. The request is to graphically reveal the qualities of some quarter of the city.
The elements highlighted are the citizen appropiation of public spaces, quality of open spaces and the strong character of the facades that draw the streets.

VENICE BIENNALE "DAILY" BELGIUM The project included to arrange the Belgian pavilion for the Venice Biennale 2008 to present contemporary Belgian architecture. The choice was to take it with humor and irony and to create a representative space of Belgium of «everyday» and setting up a folkloric scenography. The visitor is welcomed into a entrance hall decorated in the «homegrown» style with old tiles, questionable taste tapestry and wanders from room to room to discover the Belgian territories. The central room is furnished as a street facades with red brick and latticed windows that are printed and hung on a structure mettalique. Messaninne is also built and uses as exhibition space. We find around «traditional» bar decorated with every kind of ornament and two other rooms that serve as appendices expression space («gold book» room) and projection space («cinema room»)for films showing the Belgian cinema.

UN TRAM POUR FRITKOT Fritkots, baraques a frites, friterie. Ces petits bâtiments font parti intégrante du paysage belge, que ce soit en ville ou a la campagne. Ils sont culturellement encrés dans les mœurs et leur fréquentation rythme les lieux où ils sont implantés. Traditionnellement, il s’agit de camionnettes, de caravanes ou même d’ambulances réaménagées à la préparation et au service des snacks qu’ils proposent. Ces installations sont souvent décaties, agrandis par le biais d’une véranda, redécoupées, équipées de conduits d’aération en tout genre. Ils ne présentent que très peu de cohérence entre eux et dénotent souvent avec leur environnement. Aujourd’hui, la mouvance des foodtrucks qui réinterprètent le principe des fritkot à travers une forme plus contemporaine et une gastronomie multiculturelle témoigne de la nécessité d’adapter les baraques à frites au gout du jour. L’objet de la compétition est de créer une construction qui soit un emblème du paysage urbain bruxellois. Afin de devenir symbolique, le projet se doit d’être un élément pérein dans la ville. Au lieu d’essayer de créer une nouvelle icône qui pourrait ne jamais être adoptée par la population, il semblait évident que le support de la friterie se devait d’être déjà un élé-

ment fondamental du paysage bruxellois et qui serait à même de répondre au nécessité techniques incombant aux friteries. Le tramway nous est apparut comme la réponse idéale. Son lien évident avec l’expression traditionnelle de la baraque à frite (véhicules détournés) suscitera l’intérêt des adeptes de la gastronomie belge. De plus, il est intrinsèquement lié avec le paysage urbain de la capitale et il dispose d’une configuration intérieure adéquate pour l’aménagement d’une friterie. Le détournement d’un objet existant, déjà iconique, permet d’avoir une approche rationnelle notamment sur deux fronts essentiels : économique et écologique. Ainsi pensé, le projet permet d’offrir une seconde vie au patrimoine de la mobilité bruxelloise. Depuis quelques années maintenant, la région adapte les voies de tramway et pré-métros à de nouveaux véhicules, certaines anciennes voitures comme les wagons de types 7900, en bon état, se voient évacués. Outre le fait de leur offrir une nouvelle vie, cela permet aussi d’éviter un recyclage laborieux de certaines de ces voitures et d’éviter de construire de nouvelles installations avec des matériaux neufs qui entraineraient un déploiement d’énergie (grise et noir) considérable et inutile.

BUILDING INTIMACY A small house in the University park. It is a simple program. It is a home for visiting professors which includes a workshop and a living space. The building is set in the park and react to the context: a wall with an ornamental aperture faces a row of trees and guide, the journey from the public space to the private space.

IN THE HEART OF WAZEMMES The site is in a strategic spot. It is situated on a square just next to the ÂŤmaison folieÂť of Wazemmes, cultural institution acknowledged by the inhabitants. This place is virtually untreated and is connected to a network of parks, public place and airing that structure the neighborhood with a long pedestrian street, a sort of backbone of the area.
The building has the ambitions to provide a facade to this place and to continue its development while promoting the existing institution and making easier the connection with the pedestrian street.
"DISTRICT HOUSES " The building follows the morphology of the existing and makes a new interpretation. It is thus based on the use of semi-detached houses with annexes and by a play on discrepancy and reshaping, the building is embodied in the form of different interconnected buildings. One constant is the central position of books and the lateralization of reading places. Each part can be independent and is designed according to its assignment, thus the cafeteria opens on the square and the auditorium is dug in to create the terraces. This approach gives the institution a succession of cuts adapted to the functions. The cracks let in a low-angled light which favours books reading. The square is developed by reinterpreting the existing treatment made of flexible forms and slight topography. Thus, a new vegetal area is created and gets into the library while the mineral surface extends all the way to the reception area.

EARTH, SKY AND LANDSCAPE
The artist Ann Veronica Janssens asked to imagine a museum that would question the notions of basement and mediator.
Designed as a small pavilion with multiple entries, the building offers the artist five exhibition spaces that keep the same plan dimensions but vary according to the ground, the sky and the landscape. These 5 rooms pieces materialize in the form of four volumes which form a star and in the crack of which a strolling space is dug in the ground and creates a passage from one room to another, from one universe to another, it is a mediator, a guide for the audience. The visitor is led to disappear into the earth to mount get on or inside a pedestal. It is a process of internalization that conditions the visitor to live artistic experiences.

The interpretation is based on an analysis of entry sequences of theater play. Thus there are usually «two buffer pieces» that temporize the arrival in the auditorium. Visitors come through a crown including four «secondary» showrooms. This periphery is thought out as an excavated mass. Each of these rooms is divided into four by the entry position and one opening which goes through. In the middle of this compound is the main room divided itself as a theater, a higher part (the stage) and a lower part (the terraces). The entries and openings in the crown depend of the discrepancy between this room and the centre and the discrepancy also determines the dimensions of an intermediate outdoor place which is the place for rest and reflection. 0

When he came, Richard Venlet suggests to work on the creation of a museum for a private collection exhibited in Frankfurt in 2008. It is in fact works revolving around the issue of «nothing».
A museum to exhibit «Nothing» must put the visitor in condition to understand the subject. This preparation is suggested in the form of a mental process, a reversal. This is to invert a plan to reverse the spatial values. A set of exhibits (of stereotyped dimensions) is designed and used upside down, i.e. the exhibit happens in the deepness, in the poached and in the serving spaces. This is to put the idea of the shift, the missing, in short, preparing to «nothing».

EXHIBIT THE "NOTHING" The setting of the rooms are made by removing items in order to create three types of exhibition spaces that match three ways to achieve the concept of nothing: - the galleries for artworks that discharge the artistic process («invisible art»). - the alcoves for artworks which deal with invisibility («see nothing»). - the halls for artworks which use the lack, the oblivion, ... etc («White noise»).
The periphery is designed to vary the input conditions in the halls. Thus the «outdoor reception areas» are identified by their indentation. The visitor enters into the mass and literally can walk from one room to another without seeing the exhibition. He must then «infiltrate» in the thickness and discover the universe of «nothing».

IN THE HEART OF CELLES Celles, it is first a village and its institutions: the cemetery, the square market, the church, the city hall, the gymnasium, the schools, ... which are structured along a path that winds between the buildings.
A territorial infrastructure is added to the village: the provincial road. This double structure reveals an in-between, an interior city block, a kind of small world owned by people. This porous space links territorial scale to local scale across a particular network of narrow alleys through the blocks.

This is the place, in this very crack that lay the life of Celles. Tinkering, piling, cultivating, transforming and talking with the neighbor, it is the spot where everyday life happens. At the junction of this living place and the Rure – a small stream which undulates through the landscape – a center is born. This is where the museum is built.

BUILDING THE CITY BLOCK The building design is made in reaction to the site to fit the parceled geometry of the space. At first the idea was to raise the existing parcel as basic division and then cutting them in unit-pieces of plenums and vaccums of domestic dimensions while taking into account existing buildings that could potentially be owned. Then, playing with discrepancies, the different volumes are connected to create passages from one room to another, from one ÂŤbuildingÂť to another one. Using this
method, the original cut allows alternate solutions and allows a partial ownership of the site, the building being the sum of independent connected rooms. The projects about the ground the wall and the light disrupt the traditional relationship between the inside and the outside. The museum invites the audience to enter a floating in-between, a place neither completely outside nor completely inside, in the heart of the city, in the everyday life of the inhabitants. Also the encounter with the exhibition will happen randomly, lost between the inside and the outside, between the private and the public.

CITY MUSEUM After a lecture on her work, Annette Gigon suggests to think a foundation for guest artists.
PALIMPSEST AND EFFICIENCY «Palimpsest: the work which in its actual state may suggest and show traces of earlier versions» The small site is located in front of Church Square St Jacques of Tournai. It is characterized by the presence of a large wall that reveals the traces of time, like a palimpsest of the city. The historic nature of this surface leads to intervene as little as possible on it. Moreover the size of the site highlights a question about the space profitability That is why the stairs are set between this surface and a screen wall that separates the circulation spaces from the exhibition spaces. The reception room and three exhibition halls are superimposed and vary according to their heights and their orientations.

The materiality is threefold and reveals the nature of space. Thus, from the outside, the building looks like a monolith of brick that is slightly higher than the neighbouring building but without competing with the bell tower of the church, it is a landmark in the city. Inside, on the one hand, the space dedicated to the circulation is made of smooth concrete in response to the brutality of the palimpsest. And, on the other hand, the halls have a more finished look (parquet and wall in smooth plaster) to allow the works to live fully in the space without interference from other elements.

KNOWLEDGE PAVILION
BETWEEN CITY AND TERRITORY The Mons territory is very characteristic of old mining areas. Thus, the «Borinage» spreads over the south of the city. The “Borinage” is a territory where there are still some countryside pockets. Despite a strong proximity among this «landscape pockets» and the city, the two worlds do not communicate. Indeed they are split by a double impermeable border: The ring roads,
which can only be crossed by two underground passageways and a river named Trouille lined with concrete barriers and crossed by two small bridges which are spaced 500 m apart. The urban project will have in aspiration to reconnect two universes that turn their backs on another to allow the citizen to enjoy the amenities of its own territory, while promoting an awareness of this ignored environment and by encouraging a pedestrian stroll.

INITIATE A PROCESS One urbanized crust is shaped between two boundaries that are the boulevard and the river, signs of an ancient fortification. In this in-between, there is a small urban park including a community hall next to an underpass. Moreover, on the other side of the river, is an entrance to the closest unexploited land-
scape pocket. This is the perfect place to create a new connection that will allow the appropriation of this scenery area while creating continuity in the stroll from the center. In addition the installation of a pavilion in this place enable the enjoyment of the long perspective offered by the ÂŤ TrouilleÂť river and thus to embrace the whole country.

PAVILION 01 Today knowledge has become ÂŤvolatileÂť. With the rise of new technologies, you can have access to any form of knowledge wherever you are. Based on this principle, no need for a storage location, but mainly a place for sharing and consultation. Thus the project is divided into three parts representing three levels of information sharing:
-the public level: one person addresses a group, the fittest space tool is the auditorium -the collective level: a group of people exchanging views, this is a meeting room. -the individual level: people come to learn about a subject, it is a reading room where you put tools (computers and books) available to the public.

These three rooms are separated by two passages bordered by technical blocs and are gathered under a sole metallic structure. The column rhythm of which vary according to the function. Besides, each one is related to a space which characterizes its relation to sharing and a different entry. Thus, the auditorium is oriented towards the great landscape which can be accessed through a technical bloc. The meeting room opens on the public space. The reading room closes on itself and can be accessed by gliding along the structure. To underline the phenomenon of passage, a hump is built on the road near the entrance so that even cars passing by can enjoy this element.
