Tarte Tatin II
Tarte Tatin II A single dish for a perfect recipe! A single dish to make the caramel on the hob and to cook in the oven
A new shape for the dish : the edges are straight so that the apples caramelise better. A new bottom for the dish : the caramel forms quicker. The dish is more elegant and doesn’t scratch the hob. The serving platter is perfectly round with an easy grip all around: the tatin is easier to turn out once cooked.

Ramekins Use the right ramekin for the right recipe Ideal size: for small portions, the size and volume are particularly important so that the recipe is perfectly cooked. The HR速 ceramic makes sure that the ingredients are cooked evenly, without drying out. The HR速 ceramic and thick sides maintain the correct temperature throughout the meal : hot when oven-cooked or cold when required. Papillote steamer
Papillote steamer Healthy cooking in the oven with no fishy smells Whole or in portions, the fish is tender and perfectly cooked without adding fat.
The lid confines the cooking and keeps any smells inside the dish. Side dishes can be cooked in the dish at the same time (potatoes, onions, vegetables‌) Our healthy, natural ceramic doesn’t modify the taste (unlike aluminium foil) The ridges keep the fish above its juice and avoid overcooking. The papillote steamer can also be used for white meat, adding a little bit of juice.
Butter dish
Butter dish Preserves butter for longer and is elegant on the table Our butter dish protects from the light and air : the butter stays fresh for longer. Our HRŽ ceramic keeps the butter cool once removed from the fridge, so that it doesn’t melt. Our ceramic is natural and will preserve the butter’s flavours. Utensil pot
Utensil pot Keep utensils in an practical and elegant way Made from HR® ceramic, our utensil pot is stable whatever the weight or position of the utensils in the pot. Practical to use: • An inclined surface to make it easier to reach the bigger utensils behind the smaller ones. • Two ridges in the bottom to keep the utensils upright and so that they don’t get mixed up. Elegant, it completes our kitchenware collection and adds colour to the kitchen worktop.
