Perfect your hospitality skills in our award-winning Craft Bistro. This course will expose you to the actual workings of a kitchen, management team and the industry. You will deal with real paying customers to build your people skills. You will get in the kitchen and behind the coffee bar to experience the ins and outs of creating dishes in a real-world setting. You will add to your artillery of hospitality knowledge by covering specialist subjects, including banqueting and table service – giving you an edge when entering this exciting industry.
Study length: 1 year, full time.
Entry requirements:
Four GCSEs at grade 3 or above, preferably including English and Maths.
What’s next?
Progression may include further courses in professional cookery or business management, or a relevant apprenticeship.
