Get a head start in your dream job and earn money as you gain practical skills and industry knowledge. Apprenticeships allow you to earn and learn at the same time and involve studying a recognised qualification while working in industry and gaining hands-on experience.

Apprenticeships and how they work.

Alongside being at work, apprentices attend college to study. This may be for one day, or block release.

Many apprenticeships provide opportunities for progression to higher academic levels including degrees. Apprenticeships are open to all students, regardless of age, who are looking to gain employment. Comprehensive packages are also offered to students who have additional learning needs or disabilities. Our partnerships To make sure that our apprentices get the very best training, Keighley College works in close partnership with a broad range of employers. This helps us to make sure that our apprentices gain relevant skills and knowledge during their time at college and supports their understanding of the job role and develop relevant skills.
