Whether you are looking for a new career in textiles or have been inspired by The Great British Sewing Bee, the Keighley College Textile Academy has a range of courses for you.

Working with manufacturers from across West Yorkshire, our apprenticeship programme offers a range of different levels from Level 2 Sewing Machinist to Level 3 Fashion Studio Assistant. Our students are given a comprehensive understanding of not only the machining side of the industry, but also the fabrics and production processes. We also offer hobby courses, encouraging those in full-time work to learn the joys of dressmaking with our Tuesday evening classes. The academy has brought new skills to the local community and is continuing to grow further with the introduction of our full-time Level 1 in Fashion and Textiles.
