Get into gear and pursue a rewarding career in engineering. Keighley College is home to the Industrial Centre of Excellence (ICE) for advanced manufacturing and engineering, allowing you to connect with employers, learn from expert tutors and study in professional facilities.

In 2020, the UK required 1.8 million engineers. Engineering is an extremely diverse sector, covering many different job roles, from computer aided design (CAD) and virtual testing, through to manufacture, installation and servicing.

Engineering at Keighley College offers a number of study pathways: mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical. The engineering facilities are complemented by the Industrial Centre of Excellence (ICE). The centre is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery including 3D printing and the latest computer-driven milling machinery and lathes. The Centre of Excellence also offers involvement in employer-led projects, work placement opportunities and site visits.
