Safeguarding and Wellbeing It’s okay to need some extra support… Exam stress? Worried about your wellbeing? We can help. We work hard to ensure your college experience is the best it can be. Mental health and wellbeing support It’s always good to talk. Our counsellors and mental health officers can offer wellbeing support such as counselling, guided self-help and a safe space to talk; our mental health first aiders can direct you to support services; and you can follow our wellbeing tips during exam season as part of our Stress Less initiative. If you are worried about someone else, our Safeguarding team is also available for support and advice. Our Oasis Room – a haven of relaxation and tranquility – can be accessed by students needing time out. There’s also our therapy dog, Jeffrey, who offers canine support in times of stress, such as exams.
