OUR OFFERING

At University Centre Leeds, we understand, support and welcome everyone’s differences. We know that one size doesn’t fit all, that’s why we offer foundation, top-up, postgraduate and masters degrees as well as foundation degrees with foundation year, higher and degree apprenticeships, HNC/Ds and teacher training qualifications. FOUNDATION DEGREE AND TOP-UP DEGREE ROUTE Our foundation degree and top-up degree route ensures you achieve the same level of qualification, in the same number of years, as a traditional honours degree programme. Our offering is condensed into two or two and a half days per week, giving you time for other commitments.

Foundation degrees are respected qualifications that develop specific expertise in conjunction with employers, relevant to particular sectors. They generally last two years, are industry-focused and are the same level as studying the first and second year of a full honours degree. They can lead to one year top-up courses that raise a foundation degree or HND to a full honours degree.
