James Boggan James Boggan was born January 4, 1947 in Cincinnati, OH to the late Joe L. and Evelyn Boggan. James graduated from Robert A. Taft High School in 1965. He went on to proudly serve his country in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam. James had a fondness for western cowboy movies and traveling.
