- Accuracy of pass - Use the nearest foot that the ball lands on - Open body shape - Awarness (understand where are you passing before the ball arrives)

- Awareness: Where is the ball going? - Where am I going? - Think of movement - don’t interfer on the other passes.
Set Up/Rules
16x16 yard area. Split into 4 - 8x8 yard boxes. A3 and A4 are central mids (same as B3 and B4) A1 passes to A3 (in a diagonal and opposite box) A3 passes to A4 (in a diagonal and opposite box) A4 passes to A2 (A3 and A4 shape boxes) A2 passes to B1 and this repeats again in the other direction.
Coaching Points
- Open body to see where the ball is coming from and where is going to - Receive on the back foot to encourage forward passing - A3 and A4 Angle in relation to each other. Avoid being flat. - Timing of movement. B3 move into the box on B1 first touch.
