We started this business based on relationships, and that continues to be a primary tenet of our success. 2022 accomplishments or challenges: In 2022 Air Force One grew by over 60%, which was our largest challenge as we faced keeping up with the demand, especially during the peak season. Using open and honest communication with our customers, we were able to work together to ensure successful results. We maintained consistent contact with our clients to help strengthen our relationships and assist in helping to maintain healthy home HVAC and water heater systems. Most new 2022 clients are referrals, which provides evidence that we are doing a great job.
