Even though 2022 was historically the lowest revenue year for FIT4MOM SouthWest NoVa, it was a year of change, a year of support, a year of community, a year of helping local moms on their motherhood journey. We reinstated many in-person experiences for our moms, while simultaneously still giving them a safe space via our virtual platforms. We offer over 20 classes a week to accommodate a variety of schedules and desires.
