Objective
Objectives • Given employee specification, on participation, completion and tracking of all LEGACY offered courses. Overview The Career Development feature in MiHR facilitates the e-learning process for Legacy. Employees will be required to complete all OSHA e-safety and compliance courses. All OSHA e-safety courses are listed for employees to review. Employees are required to participate in the assigned required course(s) within the certification period. Completed coursed are available under the My Completed tab in MiHR. Completed courses provide employees the ability to track and review historical training plans as well as completion details.

From the MiHR Portal Login page - Enter User Name and Password

LEGACY Learning
From Myself menu item, select My Assigned Courses under the LEGACY Learning section

Select a Course From the My Assigned Courses, Click on the Course Title to view the course information page and launch course

Launch the Course From the Course Information page, select Launch

Course Self Identify The First Page of the selected Course displays. Self Identification is required for each course. Read the conditions and select “Yes� to continue.

Course Table of Contents Courses Table of Content displays. Click on content options review the course information or Click Begin Course to start the course. Please Note: By Selecting the Progress & Test tab, you may have the option to take a Pre-Test to waive reviewing the course details.

Course Interactive Video Course Overview includes an interactive video. Use the navigation tools to assist you in completing the course Complete the course by reading and answering all the questions.

Begin Test The Course Test page will display after completing the video, Click Begin Test to start the test.

Taking the Test Complete the course by reading and answering all the questions. Course Test Questions, Select the correct answer and click done.

Test Completion After completing the course, the Test Score will display the Course Score and Completion Status

User “Passes” by completing and passing test for online course …

Completed After completing and passing the course, the Session changes to “Passed� status, and moves to the Complete tab in MiHR. Certification is finalized when all courses have been completed.
