Flats will be reserved for a period of 30 days from the date of reservation of property. The booking amount towards flat has to be paid by the purchaser within 30 days. In case of purchaser is opting for housing finance he shall submit the sanction letter issued by the bank / housing finance institution alongwith his own contribution within 15 days of reservation of flat. In case of delay in payments due towards the flat beyond 45 days, we shall be at liberty to cancel the reservation of the flat and the amount paid will be forfeited. Call letter and demand letters will be issued by us only after execution of Agreement to Sale. In case of the project is cancelled, the amounts received shall be refunded without any claim or interest to the purchaser. The Layouts & plans shown are tentative and are subject to changes. I agree the location of the flats and building will be allotted by you & the same is accepted by me. In the case of such defaults in terms, we shall be at liberty to cancel the reservation of the flat. The property will be kept open for sale and DPC @ 24% will be accumulated till it gets sold to new customer. After selling the property, accounting will be done. The balance amount after deducting the rate difference and DPC will be refunded to you In case of cancellation by the client there would be a deduction of Rs.50000 for Studio & 1BHK, Rs.1 Lakh for 2 BHK and Shop.
