LEO A DALY’s design resolves the site constraints associated with a dense, urban neighborhood that maximizes the allowable FAR of 5.83 while creating a compelling live-work-play environment.

The next era of Ritz-Carlton greets guests with a stunning arrival experience inspired by sundrenched Italian villas and the open water views of Grande Lakes. Reminiscent of a luxury yacht, the reception and concierge desks feature gloss wood finishes and soft, intimate lighting.

Embracing Perla’s location on Broadway in Los Angeles, a poetic and metaphorical approach was taken to the food and dining experience with theatrical drama as a cue - casting an array of chefs on a stage to become a colorful part of the experience. The design provides a contemporary aesthetic layered with dramatic details; the restaurant and bar is a hot spot to see and be seen.

Inspired by the surrounding natural elements and outdoor activities, the Westin Washington, D.C. is based on “balance set in motion.” By infusing layered natural textures, dappled light effects and the abstracted meandering movement of rippled water, the design evokes a sense of tranquility, wonder and harmony.

Drawing inspiration from fashion and jewelry, the redesign of Elara in Las Vegas creates a fine balance of moody luxury and traveler-friendly amenities. Deep emerald tones, rich wood veneers in geometric patterns and a cohesive color palette combine to create a unique and fresh approach to the “High Roller” experience.

The InterContinental takes the quintessential San Antonio history in a different direction. Paying homage to a San Antonio native, Joan Crawford, the design embodies a mid-century modern elegance with glamorous finishes and sophisticated vignettes. In tribute to Crawford’s western film experience and location of the hotel, the old Hollywood glamour is accompanied by very subtle Texas details—ironwork archways, leather strapping and metal buckles.

A very brand-driven hotel, IHG-branded product, Voco, reflects a charming aesthetic that is not stuffy yet very European with a minimalistic approach. Materials were selected to match local materials on the island including quartz, terrazzotile and natural teak.
