earners at Temperance Town Primary School (TTPS) and Sir Lowry’s Pass Village were treated to a life-changing VBS Holiday Camp program during the April 2011 school holidays. Presented by Ingodwe Trust and EEIII members and volunteers, this important, Bible-based curriculum kept kids occupied with fun-filled games, songs, activities, Bible memory verses, and even Life Skills tips and training.

Positive Feedback “We have been receiving very positive feedback from community members andparents as to the effectiveness of this pro-

gram,” says TTPS Principal, Edith Opperman. “Even the atmosphere in the area seems to have improved. While many parents are working during the holidays, the kids are kept safely occupied, receiving important instruction, and in many cases, even their emotional attitudes are being positively affected.” Principal Opperman attributes the INGODWE Trust/EEIII Holiday Camp program’s success to its excellent content, presentation, caring attitude of team members, and the relevant ways in which they approach the learners.
