Pure Art360 2021: Will Devlin, Chef and Art Patron

Will Devlin has been causing a stir at his self-sustaining restaurant, The Small Holding, in leafy Kent. With fruit, vegetables and meat all farmed or foraged on-site, Will’s restaurant is a shining beacon for the joy of farm-to-fork dining, and the chef’s star is firmly on the rise – Great British Chefs “Ones to watch”, having received a Green Michelin Star for his Smallholding Restaurant.

Will is the generous host for Pure artists exhibiting in his two restaurants; The Smallholding, Kilndown and The Curlew, Bodiam. Pure have been exhibiting at the Curlew for many years and subsequently, under Will’s patronage, have also added The Smallholding to the stable of venues.

We are incredibly privileged to showcase Pure artists in these venues and welcome the opportunities it provides. We also host a clubhouse at the Curlew – perfect for after meeting lunch and networking. The food is too good to miss!
