Will Devlin has been causing a stir at his selfsustaining restaurant, The Small Holding, in leafy Kent. With fruit, vegetables and meat all farmed or foraged on-site, Will’s restaurant is a shining beacon for the joy of farm-to-fork dining, and the chef’s star is firmly on the rise – Great British Chefs “Ones to watch”, having received a Green Michelin Star for his Smallholding Restaurant. Will is the generous host for Pure artists exhibiting in his two restaurants; The Smallholding, Kilndown and The Curlew,
