Intersociety Council
Believing that better and more lasting results are produced through organized co-operation, several Societies have been formed Each Society has its own residence hall, Greek name, charter, and aim. High standards, varied activities, and many worthwhile projects are planned both to improve the individual and better the College
Presently there are five Societies on campus Alpha Omega members desire to grow in traits of a good Christian gentleman and to strive toward the development of worthy Christian manhood. Delta Sigma Psi seeks to follow its motto: "Mind, Body, and Soul" in a well-rounded program. "New life in Christ" is the maxim of Kappa Zeta Chi - - an appropriate guide to its activities. Using I Timothy 4:11 as a guide, Tau Kappa Delta members are determined to learn and improve themselves in order to be good examples. Lambda Alpha Sigma, the aviation society, desires a unification of aviation students into an organization working toward the betterment of LeTourneau College
The Inter-Society Council is made up of representatives of the Societies to promote and regulate their projects

Co-captains Diamond and Gordon receive American flag given to the athletic department by the local post of the American Legion Mr I E Drury makes the presentation
This year was the Yellowjacket's first in Senior College Conference competition and they did very well They finished the season with fourteen wins, and ten losses. Much of this success can be attributed to Coach Murray Bailey's fine coaching There were no seniors on this year's team, which means most of the players will return for next year Therefore, next year could be the best year ever for the Yellowjackets
