Happy New Year! As we enter 2023, let's reflect on 2022 and all of our personal and professional accomplishments. Here at LMH West Army, we would like to continue to bring resident events, raffles, and community services to our JBLM community. As we continue to build our Community Services Team, our goal is show appreciation to our valued residents and provide safe and fun activities to enjoy here in our wonderful PNW.
As a reminder, all of our events are free of charge to all current residents. Some of our events are held on a first come - first serve basis, lottery events, registration required, pop-up, or online raffles for those who can not make it to in-person events. Our location for events will vary depending on the activity. We will publish our scheduled events on our Facebook page, Community Rewards app/site, and in our monthly newsletter (here). We hope to see you at a future event.

LMH is committed to enriching the lives of military families through providing homes and vibrant communities Your feedback is an important piece in helping us accomplish this goal, and we want to ensure we provide you with an avenue to initially address your needed repair, suggestion, or concern and the process to escalate it, should that be necessary Below is an outline of our easy Three-Step process for concerns and opportunities for feedback.

January 1, 2023 we will no longer offer individual bulk pick-up service. Each District will host a spring and fall clean up event, which will allow for residents to bring one truck load to dispose of items/trash. LMH will coordinate bulk trash drop off days during JBLM's Spring & Fall installation clean-up days. As we near the 2023 spring season, we will notify all residents of the spring clean up dates and the process for scheduling your drop off.
