Satisfacts Survey Reminder Mental Health Awareness Despite the openness that many civilian populations feel about sharing challenges relating to mental health, many in the military community don’t experience the same. But that doesn’t mean military communities don’t need access to mental health resources. Challenges often arise in the military community, from unknowns about a service member’s career to stress relating to constant moves. If you or someone you know is experiencing mental health issues, these resources for the military community might help.

At Liberty Military Housing, we’re fortunate to play a vital role in supporting your family. It’s a tremendous responsibility and one that our team takes great pride in fulfilling day in and day out. Your feedback is an integral part of helping us achieve our goals. We want you to know you have a voice, so we’ve created multiple ways for you to give feedback. You can always reach us on social, call our Leadership Line, or let us know how we’re doing by filling out a survey. You will receive a Satisfacts survey to the email address on file each time we complete a work order. These surveys are essential in helping us provide the best possible service for you and your family, and we strongly encourage you to complete them so we can continue to improve.

inTransition offers one-on-one coaching for all service members and veterans who need support accessing mental health care during a transition, like returning from a deployment, changing jobs, or transitioning out of service. Military Crisis Line connects a person in need to a trained counselor with a single phone call or click of a mouse. This confidential, immediate help is available 24/7 at no cost to active-duty, Guard, and Reserve members, their families, and friends. Moving Forward is a free, online educational and life coaching program that teaches problem-solving skills to help you handle life’s challenges better. It is designed to be especially helpful for veterans, service members, and their families. Remember that you should always carefully vet mental health providers. This list does not imply LMH endorsement.
