Anthony Plotkin of Lexington belts one of his seven home runs hit during the Junior Home Run Derby 14 and under competition at Lexington County Baseball Stadium this past Saturday. Plotkin and 12 and under winner Garrett Sanders, also of Lexington, head to the regionals in Atlanta, Ga. with the winner going to Washington D.C. for the Major League Baseball All-Star Game. The Lexington County Blowfish Baseball Club and the Lexington County Recreation & Aging Commission hosted the event. It was free for the kids.
