South Carolina National Guard Spc. Walter Belle of Lexington is welcomed home by his wife, Casey, and daughter, Ellyson Grace, Monday. Ellyson Grace was four months old when her father deployed to Afghanistan. “He missed alot of his baby girl growing up,” Casey Belle said.
