Letters to Santa Dear Parents: Would your children like to write their own letters to Santa? It is a good writing exercise and gives them a chance to think of someone else besides themselves in writing Santa. Guidelines are easy: 1. Letters to Santa available to 7-year-olds or younger. 2. Letters may be up to 25 words after "Dear Santa." 3. Letter writer must ask for something for someone else rather than themselves. Example: Dear Santa: My sister Mary has been very good. Please bring her a new doll because her old one is worn out. 4. Letters must bear the child's name.
