Lexington County Blowfish pitcher T.J. Shook, a rising sophomore at the University of South Carolina pitcher and Dutch Fork High School graduate, poses with the Caton Family who won a special replica jersey which was up for bidding during an online auction and presented to them at the Aug. 5 home contest against Asheboro in commemoration of the total eclipse. Proceeds from the auction will benefit the Lexington County District One science program and a check will be presented to district officials at Lexington County Baseball Stadium on Aug. 21. The stadium will open at 8 a.m. that day to host a free viewing event — parking included — for the eclipse, which will be viewable from 1:13-4:06 p.m. The eclipse will peak at 2:43 p.m.
