Wedding announcement form

Wedding Form Deadline: Wednesday for publication Thursday a week.

To announce your wedding, please complete this form, sign and date it, giving your address and telephone number and return it to our office at least eight (8) days prior to the date you want it published. Your signature and all information requested are necessary before publication. There is a $95 fee for this service, with or without a photo, but photo will be published in color, when available. Announcements are published on a space-available basis. Announcements and high resolution photos may be emailed to lexingtonchronicle@gmail. com and credit card information may be called in to 803-359-7633. Be sure to include your name, address and phone number for verification. We will keep paper photos on file by date of publication for six months. Please pick them up at our office Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5 pm or include a self-addressed, stamped envelope for the return of your photo. Photos taken by Olan Mills must be accompanied by an Olan Mills copyright release. **Sorry, we cannot publish weddings more than two months old.
