Beyond the hospital’s emergency care facilities at the main campus, Lexington Medical Center has a network of care, including six community medical centers. Strategically located throughout Lexington County, our community medical centers provide urgent care and a wide variety of outpatient services with close-to-home convenience. Patients benefit from convenient access to high quality care, and those with emergent needs can be easily transferred to the hospital’s state-of-the-art Emergency department. In addition to our community medical and urgent care centers, we offer an occupational health center, the largest extended care facility in the Carolinas, an Alzheimer’s care center, and cardiovascular and oncology programs affiliated with Duke Medicine. Physician practices extend the Lexington Medical Center Network of Care from within their offices, a collective embrace of successful growth through teamwork.

State-of-the-art digital imaging technology linked to secure picture archiving and communication system lets physicians access, analyze and send highly detailed images.
Diagnostic Imaging Lexington Medical Center’s Radiology department offers a full range of diagnostic radiology services. These services include CT scanning, ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), fluoroscopy, diagnostic X-ray, bone density and digital mammography. Inside its Emergency department, the hospital operates three diagnostic imaging rooms, which are positioned directly between the Radiology and Emergency departments.
